Tasks
- Collaborate with senior designers to create visually engaging and innovative web designs that align with client objectives.
- Assist in the development and implementation of design elements for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and concepts for various design projects.
- Contribute to the maintenance and updating of design templates to improve efficiency and streamline workflow processes.
- Support the team by conducting research on industry trends and best practices to enhance design strategies and outcomes.
Requirements
- Must be between the ages of 16 and 24, with a passion for design and innovation.
- Desired experience in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, contributing to brainstorming sessions and project development.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics in web design and digital content creation.
