Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Officer is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization’s workforce needs. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding. The Talent Acquisition Officer will also collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Sourcing:
• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Interviewing & Selection:
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills and cultural fit.
• Provide recommendations to hiring managers based on interview outcomes.
• Ensure a fair and unbiased recruitment process that aligns with company policies and diversity initiatives.
Onboarding & Employer Branding:
• Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they integrate well into the organization.
• Promote the company’s employer brand by enhancing the candidate experience and maintaining a strong online presence.
• Participate in job fairs, networking events, and campus recruitment activities.
HR Coordination & Compliance:
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and generate reports on hiring metrics.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and best recruitment practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR-related roles.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, interview methodologies, and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
