YOUR MISSION
To shape the creative direction of the brand’s marketing efforts and lead the development of high-performing campaigns that resonate with their audience. You’ll own the end-to-end creative process, from uncovering insights and developing ad strategies to analyzing performance and iterating for success. Your work will directly impact the brand’s growth and its mission to redefine sleep wellness.
This would start as a part-time contractor role with flexible hours, giving you the opportunity to collaborate with a global team and work from anywhere in the world. After a successful first month, it would turn into a full-time contractor role.

What You’re Getting Into

- Collaborate closely with the team to brainstorm and align on creative concepts, ensuring campaigns reflect shared goals and strategic vision
- Project manage the creative process by overseeing timelines, coordinating with designers and video teams, and ensuring deliverables meet quality and brand standards
Who You Are
- Experience: You have 3+ years of experience in creative strategy, working with DTC brands
- Data-Driven: You have a strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and know how to translate data into actionable creative strategies
- A Creative Leader: You have experience managing end-to-end creative workflows and guiding designers, video editors, and content creators toward exceptional outputs
- Hands-On Strategist: You’re comfortable diving into the details while maintaining a strategic perspective
- Organized and Proactive: You can manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Self-Starter: You’re motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong Communicator: You have excellent English skills (written and verbal) and can clearly articulate creative ideas and strategies.
- Portfolio: You have a strong portfolio showcasing your work in developing and executing successful creative campaigns.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience working with sleep, wellness, or lifestyle brands
- A network of UGC creators or influencers
- Experience with TikTok or other emerging platforms

30 Days: You’ve familiarized yourself with the brand voice, creative process, and key stakeholders
60 Days: You’re developing and executing creative strategies, analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams
90 Days: You’ve started to see the impact of your work, with creative campaigns driving measurable growth and aligning with the brand’s ambitious goals
