What You Will Do
- Act as the point of contact for Chief Risk Officer (CRO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
- Support L1 (CRO, CTO) leader and in terms of executive assistant role area: calendar management, scheduling internal/ external appointments, business trips & expenses management and administration
- Take notes at meetings, distribute and track follow-up actions
- Support different kind of forums/committees with preparation of documentation, participation, minuting and follow-up activities
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and organizing logistics of meetings
- Handle leaders’ correspondence, phone calls and visitors
- Attend to documents needed for leaders’ signature
- Submit expense reports
- Work directly with the CRO and CTO to support all aspects of his daily work routine
- Support in small capacity other Senior Executives as needed
- Manage projects and initiatives that contribute to efficiency or employee satisfaction in Risk and Technology Division
- Internal event management: communication, agenda & other preparation steps (inc. content management), materials preparation, catering, vendor management; other meetings and events’ related activities
What We Expect
- Higher education in Economics, Banking, Business Administration or similar field
- Excellent planning & coordination skills
- Problem solving skills and ability to make decisions independently
- Project management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactiveness and adjustment towards change
- Previous experience in similar role is considered as advantage
- Fluent Estonian and English are required in spoken and written communication due to working on Pan-Baltic level
