Job Description
Effective Communication, Subject Matter Expertise, Problem-Solving Skills, Student Engagement Techniques, Learning Management Systems, Assessment Design, Critical Thinking, Mentoring and Coaching,
Job Role – The candidate will be required to solve the doubts of students in JEE/NEET online batches . The candidate is expected to provide academically quality solutions of doubts .
Below mentioned roles and responsibility and level of profiles we are looking for.
Principal Doubt Faculty –
Design and update syllabus and curriculum.
Conduct training sessions for faculty.
Perform quality assurance for sessions and provide feedback to Lead Saarthi.
Plan and conduct regular sessions with students.
3 to 4+ years of teaching experience.
Experience with premium coaching institutes.
Graduates from Tier 1 colleges (IIT/NIT preferred).
Lead Doubt Faculty –
Conduct session quality assurance at Saarthi level and provide feedback.
Implement the Topper Identification Program.
Manage peak hours and optimize query queues.
Conduct training sessions for faculty.
Implement strategies for marks improvement.
Plan and conduct regular sessions with students.
2+ years of teaching experience.
Experience with premium coaching institutes.
Graduates from Tier 1 colleges (IIT/NIT/Top Government Colleges preferred).
Primary Doubt Faculty –
Conduct video doubt sessions.
Organize planned sessions for DPP (Daily Practice Problems).
Hold regular Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs).
Implement strategies for marks improvement.
1+ years of teaching experience (or completion of teacher training from a premium coaching institute).
For the JEE cohort, graduates from Tier 1 colleges (IIT/NIT/Top Government Colleges preferred).
