Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate Desktop Support Engineer for a Junior level position, requiring 1 to 3 years of experience. This role is essential in delivering top-tier technical support across various locations including Vadodara, Surat, Aurangabad, Haldwani, Tiruchirappalli, Shimla, and Haridwar. You’ll be engaged in a Full-Time, Freelance, Contract, or Internship capacity, with a focus on enhancing user experience through efficient solution provision and support.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Windows Operating System, ensuring seamless operations across user endpoints. (Mandatory skill)
  • Expertise in addressing and resolving hardware issues, providing swift and effective solutions to minimize downtime. (Mandatory skill)
  • Experience with Remote Desktop Support Tools, enabling effective remote troubleshooting and assistance. (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong understanding of Active Directory, facilitating effective user management and resource access.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite to efficiently address user queries and software-related issues.
  • Knowledge of network configuration, ensuring optimal connectivity and performance within the organizational infrastructure.
  • Experience using SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) for deployment and maintenance activities across networked systems.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and assistance for hardware and software issues, ensuring swift resolution and minimal disruption.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and other related hardware, optimizing them for efficient performance.
  • Utilize remote desktop tools to diagnose and resolve user issues remotely, maintaining efficiency in support operations.
  • Monitor and manage Active Directory user accounts, ensuring secure access and operation.
  • Collaborate with various teams to manage and configure network systems, ensuring consistent connectivity and performance.
  • Deploy and support software applications across endpoints using SCCM, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
  • Adhere to ITIL procedures to provide structured and reliable service delivery, enhancing user satisfaction and operational quality.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of user issues and troubleshooting steps, contributing to a knowledge base for improved support efficiency.
