Qualifications And Skills

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance, particularly in managing floor or common areas.
• Profound knowledge in operating Diesel Generators for consistent power supply across different scenarios.
• In-depth understanding of Transformers, ensuring safe and efficient energy conversion and distribution.
• Solid expertise in handling UPS systems to maintain power continuity and prevent downtime.
• Experience with Electrical Panels, focusing on installation, configuration, and maintenance for optimal performance.
• Must have skills: Electrical Maintenance (Mandatory skill), Floor Maintenance (Mandatory skill), Common area maintenance (Mandatory skill).

Roles And Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure effective maintenance in all electrical domains including floor and common area utilities.
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of Diesel Generators, Transformers, and UPS units.
• Manage electrical panels, ensuring accurate setup and functionality throughout the facility.
• Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting to identify and rectify electrical issues promptly.
• Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team for emergencies that involve plumbing and fire safety systems.
• Document maintenance activities and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Train and mentor junior technicians, promoting a knowledgeable and safety-conscious work environment.
