Job Overview

We are seeking a junior Web Developer to join our team. This full-time position can be remote or hybrid with work locations in Mohali, Ambala, Lucknow, Varanasi, Sonipat, or Panipat. The successful candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in web development. You will develop and maintain web-based solutions tailored to clients’ needs while ensuring a strong online presence and achieving better search engine rankings.

Qualifications And Skills

• Proficiency in Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress, PHP, and OpenCart is required to design and implement various web applications.
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, enhances user experience and site functionality.
• Must have experience with responsive design to ensure seamless performance across all devices and screen sizes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with designers and marketers to integrate visual elements and technical solutions.
• Solid understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them for consistent web performance.
• Experience in debugging using browser developer tools and understanding of modern development tools like Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail to devise efficient solutions for complex web challenges.
• Good communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical team members and stakeholders.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain websites ensuring optimal performance and user engagement for a seamless online presence.
• Collaborate with the design team to align visual designs and technical implementations with client requirements.
• Implement integrations with third-party applications for extended site functionality and enhanced user experience.
• Test and troubleshoot websites to identify and resolve issues promptly, ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
• Update, improve, and maintain existing websites to reflect branding and use the latest technologies and standards.
• Work closely with marketing teams to support SEO strategies and improve search rankings for increased web traffic.
• Continuously evaluate new technologies and methodologies for potential integration and enhanced development practices.
• Attend project meetings to provide technical insights and collaborate on strategic developments for web solutions.
