Your Role

App Development Lifecycle: Engage in ideation, design, development, deployment, testing, release, and maintenance phases of the app development lifecycle.

  • Bug Fixing: Find and fix bugs, crashes, and performance issues (including ANRs).
  • Code Quality: Write clear, testable, and effective code while adhering to team standards.
  • Design Verification: Verify that designs meet the requirements and are implemented correctly.
  • Release Management: Assemble and oversee software releases.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and developers on new features and enhancements.
  • Testing: Test features and modules created by other team members.
  • Agile Environment: Adapt to an agile development environment for efficient project execution.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 2+ years in Flutter Android and iOS app development.
  • Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong Flutter and Dart experience (2+ years) with excellent DSA skills.
  • Proficient in state management (Provider) and MVVM architecture.
  • Solid knowledge of Native Android and iOS development with Swift and Kotlin is a plus.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, GitHub, offline storage, threading, Firebase, and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with deep linking, push notifications, and method channels with Flutter.
  • Proficient in Android Studio, VSCode, and Xcode.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends in Flutter, Dart, and native technologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of Material Design, UI principles, and third-party libraries.
  • Knowledge of SDLC, Agile practices, and common design patterns.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • A track record or portfolio of developing 5+ applications.
  • Ability to perform unit, widget, and integration testing.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
