Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer calls professionally over call or emails
  • Provide accurate information and solutions.
  • Resolve issues with a positive, customer-friendly approach.
  • Document interactions in the company’s database.
  • Collaborate with the team for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • UG/Grad – Fresher or Exp in any domain
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in [language].
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
  • Availability for rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Exp candidate can expect a hike on LDS

day shift and rotational shifts both are available .

2 way cabs provided by the company in the rotational shifts only.

no cab facility is in the day shifts.

experience salary is 18k take home up to 28k take home

Language Required : only excellent English for an international process.

And Hindi + English for the domestic process.
