  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in using office equipment and computer systems
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations with a calm and professional demeanor
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Familiarity with administrative tasks and procedures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Manage all incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate department
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
  • Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms
  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Assist in the coordination of company events and meetings
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
