  • Identify and engage key stakeholders within accounts using data-driven insights and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and medical affairs, to enhance account management and engagement.
  • Promote oncology therapies to healthcare providers across both community and academic settings.
  • Provide timely feedback on market dynamics, challenges, and opportunities to leadership and cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of delivering impactful presentations in various settings.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on developing effective account management plans.
  • Proficiency in utilizing digital tools and CRM platforms for enhanced account engagement.
  • Deep understanding of oncology therapeutics, specifically Small Cell Lung Cancer (SCLC) and GI cancers.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in oncology sales or a related field is required, with a preference for candidates holding an MBA or advanced business training.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience within the oncology sector is preferred.
