Business Operations Specialist – Remote

What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Develop and manage subcontractor agreements
• Process invoices for consultants and vendors
• Serve as contact point for consultants, vendors, managers, and federal clients
• Provide operational support for multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Create/edit project task tracker, schedules, and forecasts in Excel and other online platforms

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years’ experience in business operations
• 3+ years’ experience with Federal government agencies
• US Citizenship is required per federal contract requirement
• This position requires an OJP security clearance due to the handling of personally identifiable information (PII)

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office 365
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with colleagues and clients
