What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment for sales and hourly/shared services positions, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and organizational needs
- Manage job postings, recruitment platforms, and track applicants throughout the hiring process
- Maintain candidate pipelines and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on recruitment progress
- Demonstrate flexibility and urgency in meeting hiring needs across various time zones
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Proven experience in recruiting, specifically in sales recruiting or hourly/shared services
- Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively across different time zones
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal teams
- Experience with recruitment tools (ATS, job boards, etc.)
- Ability to handle high-volume recruitment tasks with urgency
