What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment for sales and hourly/shared services positions, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and organizational needs
• Manage job postings, recruitment platforms, and track applicants throughout the hiring process
• Maintain candidate pipelines and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on recruitment progress
• Demonstrate flexibility and urgency in meeting hiring needs across various time zones

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Proven experience in recruiting, specifically in sales recruiting or hourly/shared services
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively across different time zones
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal teams
• Experience with recruitment tools (ATS, job boards, etc.)
• Ability to handle high-volume recruitment tasks with urgency
