Job Description
We need an experienced catering/event, sales professional with 4-6 years of high volume/high quality exposure. Will be responsible for driving top line revenue for all social and corporate segments. Create and implement sales strategy and new catering packages. First point of contact for all organic leads, solicits/books outside leads and reestablishes relationships with former guests. Mentor, motivate and assist your team to devise and achieve sales and market share goals. Will work closely with clients from initial contact to “day of” along with coordinating and collaborating with operations to ensure seamless transition.
