What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Handle inbound calls to assist with credit-related memberships, services, and product offerings
  • Educate consumers on credit bureau processes and guide them through steps to request corrections
  • Identify customer requests for assistance and provide support or escalate to the appropriate area
  • Address and resolve escalated customer issues effectively
  • Participate in remote training sessions while on camera using your computer’s webcam

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Must be a US resident living within 45-60 minutes of the employer’s Allen, TX office
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience
  • Comfortable using a computer for operational tasks
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check, employment verification, education verification, credit check, and drug screen

  • Experience in a customer care role within the data or financial services industry
  • Familiarity with credit report processes and customer education
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult customer interactions
