About The Role

The Company is seeking a Managing Director of Inside Sales to lead a team of Account Executives in the development and execution of a robust sales strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing sales activity, with a focus on increasing the conversion of leads and opportunities into new client wins. This role involves coaching, developing, and managing the team to be proactive in their sales approach, anticipate and overcome objections, and provide strategic, customized staffing solutions. The Managing Director will also be tasked with driving performance accountability, conducting regular performance reviews, and ensuring the team is meeting or exceeding KPIs and sales goals. Applicants for the Managing Director of Inside Sales position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, a minimum of 3 years in a people management role, and at least 7 years in account sales within staffing delivery models and programs. The role requires a proven track record in sales growth, client expansion, and new client acquisition, as well as the ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator, adept at building and maintaining client relationships, and have a strong background in leading and developing a sales team.
