Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Review maintenance logs and recommend necessary modifications or replacements to optimize the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) program.
- Ensure the EAM system is utilized effectively, encompassing work order systems, inventory management, and maintenance safety procedures.
- Train, mentor, and develop personnel to perform maintenance tasks in adherence to safety standards, aligned with the goals of the department and SJRA.
- Execute troubleshooting and maintenance on electrical and mechanical installations as well as conduct welding and fabrication as needed.
- Perform both basic and advanced preventative and predictive maintenance on a range of systems, including pumps, motors, generators, and control systems, according to established best practices.
- Conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on system pipelines, including repairing and replacing valves.
- Install new equipment such as pumps, motors, control panels, and associated piping systems.
- Review and provide feedback on construction plans for system improvements and oversee warranty issues related to facilities and equipment.
- Complete all assigned tasks efficiently, prioritizing routine and emergency work to minimize operational disruptions.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, ensuring necessary Personal Protective Equipment is utilized and maintained.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in electrical and mechanical installations.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are advantageous.
