About The Role

We are looking for a Claims Helpdesk Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in providing on-site support to clients, addressing claims-related queries, collecting necessary documents, and ensuring seamless communication between the client and our internal claims team. This role requires someone with a basic understanding of Excel and prior experience in the insurance domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit client offices as regularly to address claims-related queries and concerns.
  • Provide prompt and accurate guidance on reimbursement and cashless claim procedures.
  • Collect necessary documents from clients, ensuring they are complete and accurate.
  • Maintain proper records and ensure timely submission to the processing team.
  • Act as a bridge between clients and the internal claims team to facilitate smooth processing.
  • Resolve queries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when needed.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Ensure a high standard of customer experience by providing professional and empathetic support.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Education:
  • Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Insurance, Commerce, or related fields).
  • Experience:
  • 1–3 years of experience in the insurance domain, preferably in the helpdesk.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, filtering, basic formulas, etc.).
  • Able to pick up usage of tools like google sheet, airtable, etc.
  • Knowledge of claims management systems is a plus.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. (English, Hindi are mandatory & regional languages based on the city.)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Other Requirements:
  • Willingness to travel locally for client visits.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
