What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Organize and manage case files efficiently
• Review and process billing documents related to cases
• Prepare acknowledgment letters for clients, insured parties, and commissions
• Log mail into case management software and track deadlines for attorneys
• Draft discovery documents and review medical records to create chronologies

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of a four-year degree or certificate from an ABA approved paralegal program
• 2-3 years of experience in insurance defense work
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Familiarity with ProLaw software for case management
• Experience coordinating Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs)
• Knowledge of medical record review and drafting settlement documents
• Adaptability to change and willingness to learn new processes
