THE ROLE

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Graphic Designer who’d like to collaborate on evolving, building, and maintaining a brand across a wide-variety of media and deliverables. You will join an organized, fast-paced, and creative-savvy design and marketing team to execute overall concepts for a wide-variety marketing campaigns and collateral. This position will involve both print and digital with digital projects being much of the work. We’re in a transformative year for the brand and there’s a lot of opportunity to help shape and upgrade everything we present visually and verbally.

The Graphic Designer Will

  • Generate clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the marketing team
  • Work as a team player applying their design skills to a diverse set of deliverables – i.e. social media, email marketing, presentations, marketing and sales collateral, websites, and event graphics.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the creative team across different types of media
  • Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines
  • Effectively manage time and responsibilities
  • Present completed ideas to team members
  • Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices
  • Value continuous learning and knowledge sharing as it relates to new approaches, tools, and technology

This role demands a strong portfolio, a keen eye for aesthetics and design, and excellent communication skills. What Your Resume Shows

While we’re looking for some specific experiences and skill sets, nothing is more important than a positive can-do attitude, resilience in the face of change, and a passion for learning and creating. Some of the things you might bring to the role include:

  • 8+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or related field
  • Hands on experience with logo design, typography, color, UI/UX design, print production, image selection, infographics, social media graphics, and presentations.
  • Proficient use of Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and PowerPoint
  • Experience storyboarding and creating short form videos/animations/gifs for social media
  • Experience working with AI image generation tools a plus
  • Figma skills a plus
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
  • Team player with strong communication and presentation skills
