About The Role

As an Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing the academic records of students, ensuring data accuracy in the student management system and compliance with academic regulations and policies, ensuring NZTC’s highly reputable profile is continually raised nationally and internationally.

This is a hybrid role, working from home and out of our Mt Wellington campus!

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Support the Operations Manager in all administrative tasks
  • Maintain and update student records, including enrolments, grades and attendance
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all student data in the student management system
  • Administration of quality assurance and academic regulations operations, processes and practices
  • Maintain accuracy on programs and courses on student management system and with external partners
  • Administrative tasks associated with external bodies such as NZQA, Teaching Council, TEC, and Ministry of Education
  • Ensure consistent, effective liaison with college academic staff regarding compliance and curriculum issues

About You

The successful applicant will have:

  • Previous experience in administration roles
  • Highly effective communication skills, with excellent written and spoken English
  • Efficient time management and organisation skills
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills
  • High level of attention to detail in administrative record-keeping and data entry
  • Strong skills working with processes and systems
  • An ability to work effectively autonomously and within a team environment
  • Previous experience in Education sector highly advantageous
