Designation: Agency Manager (AGENCY CHANNEL)

Education: Any Graduates

Experience: Min. 1 Year in any Domain Sales with current company are preferred

CTC : 2.15Lakh per annum + Incentives

Hiring Criteria

He/she should be a resident of the concerned location for 5+ years.

Two Wheeler with valid Drivers’ License.

Interviewer Primary Focus will be on below Points: –

5 – 8 Yrs Resident of current location(SAMBALPUR)

Married candidates are more focused.

For female candidates two wheeler is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Backbencher is mostly Preferred.

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor agents; set goals and provide coaching.

Sales Strategy: Develop strategies to meet targets and analyze market trends.

Client Management: Build client relationships and ensure satisfaction.

Performance Monitoring: Track team performance and report to management.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in any specialization; MBA preferred.

Experience: 1+ years in sales or agency management, preferably in the insurance sector.

Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Certifications: Insurance certifications from IRDA preferred.
