Beverage Partnership Manager
Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a manager for our beverage strategic partnership. Reporting directly to the Group Strategic Partnership Director, you will play a crucial role in coordination of relationship with our strategic partners and internal teams within Mattoni 1873 Group.
What will be your responsibilities?
- Act as a key point of contact for strategic partners representatives and manage relationship with our strategic partners in beverage categories
- Negotiate business terms, manage contracts, and ensure seamless cooperation
- Actively lead cross country projects together with local teams of brand marketing, trade marketing, finance, supply chain, legal and others
- Actively search for cross country synergies and identify business opportunities
- Coordinate and lead regular meetings such as quarter business review
- Coordinate side processes and harmonize them with our strategic partners (i.e. regular reporting)
- Supervise reimbursement process to drive cash flow
What do we expect?
- A university degree
- At least 5 years of experience in FMCG, ideally in the beverage sector
- Experience in a Key Account Manager role or a similar position is an advantage
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term business relationships
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience in working with international partners/markets
- A strategic thinker focused on delivering results
- A problem solver with a “can-do” attitude
- Fluency in English, Czech/Slovak is an advantage
