About the Role:

As our first-ever Project Manager / Operations Manager, you’ll own everything from order fulfillment to logistics and customer happiness, turning chaos into clockwork precision. You won’t be flying solo. You’ll team up with our CEO, a data-savvy marketing crew, and top-notch logistics partners to streamline processes and smash efficiency goals. What You’ll Do:
- Run the Show: Oversee daily e-commerce operations—order processing, inventory, fulfillment, and logistics. You’ll partner with 3PLs, warehouses, and carriers to deliver fast and flawlessly, while hunting for ways to level up.
- Wow Our Customers: Build and lead a customer service squad that sets the bar sky-high. Craft policies, tackle escalations, and use feedback to keep raising the game.
- Optimize Like a Boss: Spot inefficiencies, design slick workflows, and roll out solutions—think website upgrades, automations, and system integrations that keep us ahead of the pack.
- Own the Numbers: Dive into KPIs like fulfillment speed, customer satisfaction, and logistics costs. With analytics tools and dashboards at your fingertips, you’ll make data-driven calls that move the needle.
- Keep It Tight: Ensure compliance with e-commerce regs, data privacy, and shipping rules, all while maintaining top-tier quality standards.

- Comfortable with order management systems, CRMs, and logistics tech.

- Killer leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
