As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department’s daily operations and ensuring a smooth employee experience. You will assist with various HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and benefits administration. Key Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and assisting with onboarding new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Help organize and facilitate training and development initiatives for staff.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs in a timely manner.
- Assist with performance management processes, including tracking evaluation timelines and documentation.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as needed, including employee engagement and retention strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in HR or administrative support is advantageous but not required.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
