Job Role: Offline Strategic Partnerships and Sales – AM
You should apply if you have:

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced start-up environment

- 2+ years of experience in partnership management, sales, or business development
- Proven track record of managing successful partnerships and co-marketing campaigns

Skills Required:
- Strong negotiation & relationship-building skills
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Efficient travelling across Delhi NCR (PAN India – if required)
What will you do?
- Ideate & execute winning partnership strategy with a focus on business goals & growth
- Identify & evaluate new partnership opportunities with brands, third-party, and other offline entities that will help achieve organization’s strategic goals
- Manage end-to-end partner engagement, from negotiating terms, closing deals, and ensuring the successful launch of initiatives
- Build & nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key partners
- Ensure continuous communication with partners to identify opportunities for improvement, optimization, and expansion
- Regularly assess & analyze the performance of partnerships, ensuring they are delivering on agreed KPIs, and proactively addressing any issues
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to deliver on campaign content, and promotional strategies for joint initiatives
- Utilize data & analytics to assess the effectiveness of partnership initiatives and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics (impact, awareness, traffic, conversion rates, revenue, etc.)
- Regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders on partnership performance & key outcomes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities for partnerships
- Facilitate internal knowledge sharing on partnerships, best practices, & successes to help scale and replicate high-impact initiatives across the business
- Manage partnership budgets, including tracking expenses, ensuring cost-efficiency, and maximizing ROI from each partnership
