Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant (EA) who can take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion. This role also includes light sales support, such as outreach on LinkedIn and email follow-ups from conference lists. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and relentless in ensuring tasks are executed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support, including scheduling, filing insurance claims, and handling registrations.
- Assist with sales outreach, including messaging prospects on LinkedIn and sending emails from conference lists.
- Register for conferences, coordinate follow-ups, and liaise with key contacts.
- Take full ownership of assigned tasks and ensure they are completed successfully.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
