The major brands with whom we are dealing is ABB, Siemens, Bharat Bijlee, Schneider, Fluke, Hioki, Kyoritsu, Havells, KEI, Gloster Cables, Raychem, Bonfiglioli, ACE, IMI Norgren, Endress+Hauser, Jolly Clamps, USHA Martine, Bosch, etc.

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented purchase executive to join our procurement team. the ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in handling purchasing activities, vendor management, and inventory control. as a purchase executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services necessary for the smooth operation of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and procuring products, materials, and services for the organization.
• Maintain and update a comprehensive list of suppliers, vendors, and contractors.
• Obtain quotes, perform price comparisons, and negotiate with vendors to secure cost-effective purchasing.
• Place purchase orders and follow up on deliveries to ensure timely receipt of goods.
• Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities, including purchase orders, receipts, and invoices.
• Collaborate with internal teams (finance, warehouse, production) to ensure smooth procurement processes.
• Track and manage the return of defective or non-compliant goods.
• Analyze and maintain purchase history data to support future procurement decisions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, budget constraints, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular market research to stay updated on trends, suppliers, and market prices.
• Assist in the preparation of reports related to purchasing, budgets, and inventory management.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (BA/B.Com/B.Sc/B.Tech/BBA/Supply Chain Management).
• 0-2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management (freshers are also welcome to apply).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and procurement software is a plus.
