Job Description
- Assist to register new and potential customer profile for business sales references purpose.
- To communicate with internal and external parties efficiently through sales order and payment follow up.
- Responsibilities include processing sales, coordinating and scheduling transportation of delivery parts.
- To gather information from other departments or customers and coordinate accordingly.
- Assist sales representatives with information on machines and attachments.
- To follow up and submit quotation as per customer request based on their deadline.
- To perform any other duties as directed from time to time by Head of Department.

- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business administration or any field.
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel etc).
- Able to speck in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Knowing Japanese would be an added advantage.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willing to learn.
- High degree of in good work ethics, have a pleasant personality and be able to interact with anyone regardless of level with confidence.
- Must possess own transport and be willing to travel when required.
