Job Description

  • Assist to register new and potential customer profile for business sales references purpose.
  • To communicate with internal and external parties efficiently through sales order and payment follow up.
  • Responsibilities include processing sales, coordinating and scheduling transportation of delivery parts.
  • To gather information from other departments or customers and coordinate accordingly.
  • Assist sales representatives with information on machines and attachments.
  • To follow up and submit quotation as per customer request based on their deadline.
  • To perform any other duties as directed from time to time by Head of Department.

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business administration or any field.
  • Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel etc).
  • Able to speck in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Knowing Japanese would be an added advantage.
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude and willing to learn.
  • High degree of in good work ethics, have a pleasant personality and be able to interact with anyone regardless of level with confidence.
  • Must possess own transport and be willing to travel when required.
