The ideal Architectural Technician will have significant post:qualification experience and strong technical expertise. Experience in healthcare and residential projects is desirable, while proficiency in Revit is essential.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:

• Significant UK:based post:qualification experience
• A degree or HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
• CIAT accredited, or working towards
• In:depth knowledge of current UK building regulations
• Experience in the care sector is beneficial
• A proactive and positive mindset
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong client engagement skills to develop tailored designs
• Liaising with contractors and carrying out site visits
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential
• Preferably based in or near the New Forest area
