Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to enhance satisfaction and loyalty;
- Lead cross-functional teams to align business objectives with customer needs;
- Implement initiatives that drive customer-centric culture and continuous improvement;
- Collaborate with departments to ensure delivery of exceptional service and value;
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform business strategies;
- Oversee the development and implementation of customer-focused programs;
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to support business growth;
- Monitor performance metrics to ensure alignment with strategic goals;
- Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement;
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Who You Are:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field;
- Proven experience in customer engagement and business development;
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategy;
- Experience in developing and implementing customer-focused programs;
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to foster strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field;
- Experience in the life sciences industry;
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations;
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $ 165057.87 – 247586.81. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Other benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. If selected for this role, the offer may vary based on market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
