Junior Draftsperson

Diverseco is seeking a Junior Draftsperson to support our team. This is a site-based role, located at our Campbellfield Victoria branch.

About The Role

• Develop detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings using [AutoCAD/Inventor/SolidWorks/etc.].
• Revise and update existing drawings to reflect changes in design.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other team members to ensure designs meet project specifications.
• Prepare layouts, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Ensure drawings comply with industry standards and company guidelines.
• Good understanding of the construction materials and symbols.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other CAD software.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and engineering principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• 2 years’ experience in mechanical, civil, electrical, drafting.
