Job Description
Location: Pala, CA
Assists the Database Manager in maintaining all marketing databases for the entire property. Responsible for helping maintain an accurate customer database and assisting in the execution of marketing campaigns for direct mail and email.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in database marketing, preferably in the casino or hospitality industry
- Able to work in fast paced environment
- Proficient with MS office products, Excel, Access, and Word
- Experience with database management software (e.g., SQL, CRM systems), project management tools, and email systems
- Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities
- Must be goal oriented and self-motivated with ability to perform well under pressure
- Must be highly organized with keen attention to detail
- Understanding of marketing principles, customer segmentation, and data privacy regulations
Essential Job Functions
- Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Maintain production calendars for direct mail and email campaigns
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns based on customer data and segmentation
- Create and deploy email communications utilizing variable data and personalization
- Review VDP’s for direct mail
- Configure player offers in the CRM system
- Adjust points and ratings within our player tracking system as necessary and void comps for Host and other Departments
- Help Team Members answer guest questions relating to their Privileges account
- Process Bad address report, negative point report, duplicate accts report and banned exception reports furnished by IT
- Maintain the highest degree of confidentiality as required
- Work closely with the marketing team to align database strategies with overall marketing goals
- Perform other duties as assigned
