This role is responsible for ensuring hands-on project management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation phases of software features, solutions, and products. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and technical expertise to navigate challenges, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive innovation. The role is responsible for defining the overall approach and architecture, driving overall quality plan and ensuring the on-time delivery and escalation, as necessary.

Responsibilities
- Leads portions of the planning and execution of multiple technical projects or programs.
- Develops delivery roadmaps based on product, services, technical requirements and business needs.
- Partners with cross-functional teams to help prioritize, plan, track and execute cross organizational programs.
- Performs program analysis, manages risk, identifies and influences necessary course corrections.
- Manages risks and resolves issues that affect release, scope, schedule, and quality.
- Provides technical leadership and guidance to ensure that solutions meet quality and performance standards.
- Communicates project status, progress, and challenges through regular reporting and presentations to leadership.
- Encourages innovation within project teams and facilitate the exploration of new technologies and solutions.
- Ensures that all stakeholders are aligned towards a common goal by meeting and receiving feedback on an ongoing basis.
- Communicates difficult technology concepts and negotiates with others to adopt a different point of view.
- Provides guidance, direction, and instruction in project/program management to less-experienced team members and colleagues.
Education & Experience Recommended
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 7-10 years of work experience in project/program management, scrum master, professional technology organization or related field.

The base pay range for this role is $110.050 to $166.150 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
