Position: Manage inpatient, outpatient surgery, and coding for all facilities. Oversee 7 A/R, ensuring compliance with CMS and OIG goals. Supervise up to 75 FTEs with an annual volume of 768,056 accounts. Salary range: $68,813.24 – $89,457.21/year.
Qualifications: Associate’s required, Bachelor’s preferred. AHIMA Certified Coding Specialist. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledgeable in coding methodologies and health information systems. Minimum 3-5 years of experience.
