We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a plus if they have experience in SAP. This role is completely remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the entire recruiting process from receiving the requirement, posting and distributing on various portals, to onboarding the candidate to the project.
- Manage opportunities within the client to grow the account.
- Work autonomously and independently, results-oriented.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to identify and attract top IT talent.
- Work with international clients, managing searches for global projects.
Requirements:
- High level of Spanish and English
- Over 3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Experience in SAP is a plus.
- Previous remote work experience.
- Ability to work autonomously and independently, with a results-oriented approach.
