Operations Head

• Mainly responsible for the strict observance of operation controls, in
• accordance with the Bank’s standards, PLC’s operations manual, implementing guidelines,
• internal and regulatory policies and procedures and ensures alignment to business needs.

How will you contribute?

• Leads the implementation of standard processes and procedures in the PLC
• operations offices in the assigned area or region. Monitors compliance of PLC
• operations personnel and addresses issues or concerns that affect customer service
• delivery and satisfaction.

What will make you successful?

• Bachelor’s Degree in any Business-related course
• Knowledge on lending center or loan operations.
• Knowledge on Loan documentations, banking
• services and other products.
• At least three years of banking experience, preferable in lending center or loan operations.
• At least three years of management experience
