Job Overview

We are seeking a talented mid-level Facade Designer to join our team full-time at our Mumbai location. This role focuses on designing innovative and sustainable facade solutions for our in-house projects, including luxury residential, hotel, and office spaces. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience and proficiency in advanced design software, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for transforming urban landscapes.

Qualifications And Skills

• Proficiency in Revit and SketchUp is essential, as these tools will be central to developing comprehensive facade designs and visualizations.
• Strong skills in 3D modeling, enabling the creation and interpretation of detailed facade design models with accuracy and creativity.
• Experience in curtain wall systems design, ensuring their functional and aesthetic integration into building structures.
• Expertise in structural glass design, providing innovative solutions for transparency and light while maintaining safety and sustainability.
• Solid understanding and experience in acp cladding, contributing to the weather resistance and visual appeal of building exteriors.
• Proficiency in glazing solutions, offering advanced knowledge in energy efficiency and modern facade aesthetics.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, capable of addressing design challenges with creative and practical solutions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, essential for collaboration with various stakeholders including architects, engineers, and project managers.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Develop innovative facade design solutions that align with project specifications and client requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that facade designs are feasible and aligned with project goals.
• Utilize advanced design software to create and refine facade concepts, models, and detailed drawings.
• Conduct material research and selection to ensure sustainability, functionality, and aesthetic integrity of designs.
• Participate in project meetings to provide technical insights and contribute to the resolution of design-related issues.
• Perform quality checks and audits on facade designs to maintain high standards of excellence and compliance.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in facade design to integrate innovative practices.
• Assist in the management of project timelines, ensuring that facade design milestones are met on schedule.
