Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective procurement strategies to ensure timely and efficient availability of materials and services for projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and specifications.
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms, ensuring long-term vendor relationships.
  • Ensure procurement complies with company quality standards and project specifications.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, including purchase orders, invoices, and supplier contracts.
  • Monitor market trends and prices to identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
  • Work closely with inventory and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery and optimal stock levels.
  • Coordinate with finance and operations teams to ensure procurement aligns with budgets and project timelines.
  • Continuously assess and improve procurement processes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Age: Below 35 years.
  • Education: Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3–4 years in a similar role, with a strong preference for candidates with an engineering or construction background.
  • Technical Knowledge:
    • Proficiency in ERP systems for procurement and inventory management.
    • Familiarity with procurement processes, particularly for MEP or engineering projects.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
