Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for Developing your teams and delivering exceptional customer service to a regional client base? We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Manager to oversee multi-site operations, drive performance, and ensuring outstanding customer experiences is at the forefront of everything you do. You will play a key role in client retention and be actively involved in growing new business.

What You’ll Do

? People Leadership – Inspire, develop, and lead a high-performing team to achieve business goals.

? Client Retention & Growth – Build strong relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive contract renewals.

? Business Development – Identify opportunities for expansion and contribute to the company’s growth.

? Operational Excellence – Ensure compliance with company standards and drive service improvements.

? Financial Performance – Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability.

What We’re Looking For

? Proven experience in a Regional Manager or similar multi-site leadership role.

? Strong commercial acumen with a track record of client retention and business growth.

? Excellent people management skills, with the ability to engage and motivate teams.

? Hands-on experience in financial management, including budgeting and forecasting.

? A results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

? Experience within the cleaning industry is desirable but not essential.

? Must hold a full UK driving licence.
