Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
The Brand Activation Leader is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning, coordinate brand activations and promotional events, and manage marketing projects from concept to implementation. This role involves collaborating with internal and external teams, evaluating marketing performance through ROI analysis, and ensuring marketing activities align with budget constraints. The leader will also work closely with product development teams, create marketing materials, stay updated on market trends, and coordinate with suppliers and agencies. They will focus on driving in-store sales and ensuring effective strategies at retail and distribution points.
Deliverables:
- Campaign performance reports including reach and engagement.
- Brand activation activity reports.
- Market research reports.
- Sales data reports related to marketing activities.
- Customer participation reports including feedback, reviews, and satisfaction surveys.
- Marketing expense reports.
- Consumer trend reports.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in trade marketing and brand activation. Proven experience in LATAM markets and a strong understanding of regional consumer behavior.
