Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Education Officer to enhance the training and development of our retail team across Nigerian and international stores. This role is crucial in ensuring that sales representatives are well-equipped with product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct weekly training sessions for all new staff, three times a week (for both Nigerian and international stores).
- Organize weekly and periodic training sessions for existing staff to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
- Develop and update training materials based on client feedback, sales performance, and team input
- Conduct bi-monthly assessments for all retail team members, including those in local and international stores, as well as at the Wuye office.
- Provide ongoing coaching to sales representatives on effective sales techniques, product positioning, and conversion strategies.
- Guide sales representatives on alternative product recommendations when high-demand items are unavailable.
- Conduct weekly store visits to assess and support individual outlet performance.
- Monitor store chats via UltraViewer and assist teams in closing sales.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of skincare products, customer concerns, and sales strategies.
- Proven experience in training, coaching, and mentoring sales teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze customer feedback and translate it into effective training programs.
- Proficiency in using UltraViewer and other remote support tools.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
