Job Description

Barker Ross is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in our systems to ensure information integrity and accessibility. You will work with databases and spreadsheets while collaborating with team members to support various data-related projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Input and update data in computer systems and databases.
  • Review and verify data accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify and correct any discrepancies or errors.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Generate reports for management review as needed.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining records and files.
  • Collaborate with team members to support data-related projects.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar role.
  • Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in office software, including spreadsheets and databases.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify errors.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Compensation: $32,000 – $40,000 / Year
