Job Description
Telford International was established in 1982 to meet the growing demand for beverage products in Hong Kong. Our group offers over 100 brands of natural, healthy, and functional beverages, as well as international spirits and wines, with a unique mix of in-house and third-party brands, including Tao Ti, Meko, Ovaltine, ASAHI, Remy Martin, and more. To provide more quality products to the Hong Kong market, we are looking to hire more talents from various fields to support the expansion of our business.
Responsibilities
- Formulate annual Trade Marketing plan and strategies for specific brands / sales channels with the assigned budget
- Identify opportunities, develop and execute marketing & trade marketing activities in line with brand strategy & objective in on-& off-trade
- Monitor business performance and manage new product launch and renovation based on market trend and consumer insights
- Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure excellent execution of campaigns, joint promotion opportunities and POP development
- Review shipment and depletion forecasts to ensure healthy inventory control
- Conduct business review presentations to management regularly.
- Conduct product training for internal team and trade partners when needed
Requirements
- Degree holder with 5+ years of work experience in branding and trade marketing, preferably in FMCG or F&B industries
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and project management skills
- Good numerical sense and strong analytical skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, strong team player and innovative with strong dedication to result.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Computer Literate; proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
