Key Responsibilities
- High-Volume Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage potential candidates for New Homes Expert roles across multiple markets in the USA, focusing on building a robust talent pipeline.
- Direct Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing strategies, including direct outreach to passive candidates, to expand and enrich our candidate pool.
- Pipeline Management: Build, manage, and nurture a continuous pipeline of candidates. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system and related tools, ensuring only relevant and active candidates are retained.
- Candidate Engagement: Develop and implement creative strategies to engage potential candidates, providing a positive and engaging experience from initial contact through to pre-screening.
- Collaboration with Recruiters: Work closely with recruiters to understand hiring needs, provide insights on talent availability, and support them in converting sourced candidates into successful hires.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to refining sourcing processes and strategies by sharing feedback and suggesting enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Employ strategies to attract a diverse range of candidates and support our commitment to inclusive hiring practices.
- Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks related to sourcing, such as scheduling initial outreach, coordinating with recruitment teams, and managing candidate data.
Requirements
- Fluent English: Exceptional command of English, both written and spoken, for effective communication with candidates in the USA.
- Sourcing Experience: Proven experience in talent sourcing, particularly in high-volume settings, and familiarity with various recruiting strategies and tools.
- Strong Sourcing Skills: Ability to effectively utilize diverse sourcing techniques to find and engage high-quality candidates.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and engage effectively with candidates and team members.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to manage and track candidate interactions.
