Under the general supervision of the Director of Content and Product and Marketing Product Manager, the Marketing Product Coordinator will provide support to the Owner Partner Relations Team and Experience Team in inputting new assets and verifying current data in the central database.
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for entering, tracking, and updating information about all Assets (Homes, Cars, Yachts, Islands)
- Follow the training manual and procedures to enter new properties into the central database, making sure to copy details from the source with complete accuracy
- For existing assets in the database, verify the accuracy of information by cross-checking details listed on the source and updating information to reflect the latest company standards
- Writing property descriptions that are SEO driven and obtaining availability and pricing on properties when requested by the OPR team.
- Engage product owners via phone, email, and other means to gather and validate information.
- Assisting with special Product Marketing Team projects assigned by the Director of Content and Product and Marketing Content Manager such as Home Catalog Visibility and Experience Guides and others, as assigned by the Director of Content and Marketing and Marketing Content Manager
