Job Description

Overview: The Candidate Services Specialist plays a critical role in providing a seamless and positive experience for job applicants throughout the recruitment process. This position is responsible for managing communications, scheduling interviews, and ensuring that each candidate feels valued and informed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Candidate Experience Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Guide candidates through the recruitment and onboarding process, providing support and addressing inquiries.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by delivering clear information and timely follow-ups.
  • Coordination and Scheduling:
  • Manage interview scheduling, including coordinating with hiring managers and candidates across time zones.
  • Organize virtual and in-person interviews, ensuring logistical arrangements are in place.
  • Communicate interview details, feedback timelines, and next steps to candidates.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align candidate services with organizational goals.
  • Provide timely updates to stakeholders on candidate progress and process improvements.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the candidate journey and streamline processes.
  • Implement best practices for candidate engagement and service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in candidate services, recruitment coordination, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in a fast-paced corporate or staffing environment.
  • Knowledge of best practices in talent acquisition and candidate engagement.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
