Associate General Manager

• Maintenance Management:
• Oversee day-to-day mechanical engineering improvements and maintenance.
• Ensure zero breakdowns of equipment by adhering to preventive maintenance schedules.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs and schedules.
• Coordinate routine maintenance planning and spare parts management.
• Operational Efficiency:
• Optimize plant availability by evaluating maintenance data.
• Ensure compliance with legal and statutory requirements related to the turbine department.
• Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead and manage the mechanical maintenance team.
• Provide training and development for team members.
• Foster a safe and healthy work environment.
• Resource Management:
• Plan and mobilize critical spares and resources.
• Prepare maintenance budgets and control costs.
• Coordinate with other departments for modification and improvement jobs.
• Safety and Compliance:
• Ensure safety of manpower and machinery.
• Maintain pollution control and housekeeping standards.
• Comply with environmental, safety, and occupational health regulations.

Qualifications

B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, Exp. 15 to 20 year’s.
