Job Summary

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cost Engineer specializing in Water infrastructure projects to join our team as part of a tender submission on projects based in NEOM, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia . The successful candidate will be responsible for overall management of project costs, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Conduct cost analysis and risk assessment.
• Ensure budget control and financial forecasting.

Key Requirements

• BSc in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• Chartered status is an advantage.
• Minimum 15 years of experience, with 10 years in cost management.
• IRCA Lead Auditor certification preferred.
• Strong engineering background and understanding of broader disciplines and their interfaces
• Preferably, to have experience in Gulf Cooperation Countries (GCC)
• Proven track record in successfully managing water infrastructure engineering projects of varying complexity.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet project milestones.
